Nun brings warning about‘ evil Satanists’

July 2001

-

A Portuguese nun, Sr. Ruth Augustus, is currently in Wexford bearing a three-foot statute of Our Lady of Fatima, ‘in an attempt to rid Wexford of evil Satanists’.

Her Wexford visit is part of a countrywide tour in which Sr Ruth carries her statue wherever she preaches.

The nun, who claims to have heard the voice of Jesus telling her to move to Knock in Co. Mayo, is circling the country, spreading what she says is the world of Our Lady.

She is also encouraging the people of Ireland to campaign against how ‘ the devil’s number’ of 666 appears on all Garda cars. She wants the confidential hotline number that is on the cars to be changed from 1 800 666 666 to 1 800 555 555.

Sr Ruth has been living in Knock for the past six years and believes that the Irish people are the most welcoming she has ever come across. She was also very appreciative of the reception Wexford gave the relics of St. Therese.

Sr Ruth firmly believes that Satanists have been following her around the world, trying to murder her. She has also said that according to Our Lady, the last pope was poisoned, the present pope will be murdered, and the next people will be a Satanist who will help the Antichrist.
