PAPAL MASS

Anyone, who would like to travel by bus please ring the parish office in Ferrybank at 051 830813 Monday to Friday during office hours which are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. Early booking is advisable due to the volume of people wishing to travel.

The World Meeting of Families Office in Dublin have advised all pilgrims that due to security, traffic management, etc, they should expect a three to five kilometre walk from where they are dropped off by bus at the entrance to the Phoenix Park. For more information go to worldmeeting2018.com.

SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN

The must be displayed Safeguarding Statement is on view in the porch and sacristy of all three churches in the parish. Rosbercon Parish in common with all other parishes throughout Ireland is committed to the safeguarding of children within its remit.

Therefore, on a practical level, we ensure that we always have two adults with the Altar Servers in the sacristy and a record is kept of all present in the sacristy before and after Mass.

If you have a Safeguarding concern please contact either representative, Dolores Doherty, Listerlin, or Brid Vereker, Millbanks Close, Rosbercon.

NEWLY BAPTISED

We welcome into our parish community Lauren Foley, daughter of Adrian and Linda (née Connick) from Tinnakilly, who was baptised in the Church of the Assumption, Rosbercon on Saturday, June 30.
