CARDS

Two teams finished with 13 games to share first and secon prize at the cards in St Leonards hall on Saturday last. They were; Seán Colfer, Nick Doyle, Johnny Flynn and Dave Walsh, James McDonald and Mae Dunning. Third prize went to; Michael Murphy, Maureen Eustace and Pat Murray. The last game draw winners were Larry Larkin, Brendan Colfer and Alice Gaffney. The raffle winners on the night were; John Joe Murphy, Dick Power, Larry Larkin and John Sinnott. The cards continue every Saturday night at 8.30 p.m. Your support would be greatly appreciate­d.

Market continues every Saturday in St Mary’s Hall, Fethard-onSea from 10.30 a.m. to midday - fresh vegetables, salad, herbs, plants, baking, chocolates, crafts, jewellery, prints and more.

LOTTO

There was no jackpot winner in the Tintern lotto draw last week. Four lucky punters matched three numbers and each received €50. They were; Patty Power, Fethard on sea, Garrett Finn, Kinnagh, Eileen Walsh, Coolisken and Joy Whelan, the PO the numbers drawn were 5, 8, 9 and 10. Next week’s jackpot will be €2,300 and next week’s match-three winners will share €200. Tickets on sale in all local shops and pubs and from committee members.

STUDY GROUP

Campile Hall now taking names for our 2018/2019 parents supervised study group, this is our fourth year running this group which from the feedback we have received has been a great success and proven very beneficial to all our students so far, we will start back again in September on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for third, fifth and sixth year students at a cost of €20 monthly.
