BALLYANNE ICA

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 11, in Rathgarogue Community Hall at 8 p.m. At the Meeting Mr Jackie Stacey will speak about Rathgarogue. He will speak about the various Schools in the parish since the Hedge Schools. Non-ICA members will be welcome on the night.

TERRERATH BINGO

Bingo is on every Wednesday in Terrerath Community Centre at 8.15. We would like to thank everyone who supports this event and are always looking more newcomers.

SPLIT-THE-POT

Please remember split-the-pot is drawn each Sunday following 11 a.m. Mass in St Mary’s Church, Cushinstown. Tickets for the split-the-pot are available locally at €2 each.

CUSHINSTOWN BINGO

Please be advised that there is no bingo on Sunday, August 5, due to Bank Holiday weekend. We will resume first Sunday in September.

IRISH DANCING

Congratulations to the pupils of the Kay and Aileen Sutherland School of Irish Dancing, who were recently crowned World Champions in the dance drama section of the World Championships held in Killarney. Classes now resume after the summer break every Friday evening in Terrerath Community Centre at 6.30 p.m. New members welcome. Come along and learn to dance for fun, fitness or competition. DRAG CYCLE

A Drag Cycle and Family Fun Day will be held on Sunday, September 16, with all profits going toward underage section of Shelburne United. Starting at time approximately 2 p.m. There will be a barbecue and bottle stall/ activities for kids/raffle.
