IT WAS celebration time for one young local man recently when he held his 21st birthday party in Corcoran’s Pub in the Irishtown.

Dylan O’Leary, from Longstone Drive, was joined by a large crowd of relatives and friends for the occasion including his aunts, uncles and cousins.

Those at the party were treated to music from the highly regarded local band, Freeway, and in addition to the refreshments in the pub they were also given some of Dylan’s birthday cake which went down a treat.

Expressing delight with the success of the party Dylan’s mother, Mary, said it was a great night out that everyone enjoyed.

‘We were delighted with how it went and we want to thank everyone who went along on the night,’ she said.

Well known locally the regard in which Dylan is held in the community was underlined by the large number of people who helped him celebrate his milestone birthday.
