BUSINESS owners who are thinking of growing their existing business by acquisition, or those keen to exit and realise the value of their business, will have a particular interest in Wexford Chamber’s latest seminar slated for Thursday night.

The evening will include information on identifying and buying the right business at the right price, legal aspects of purchase, methods of financing a purchase, marketing a business and selecting a buyer, tax planning, due diligence and finalising the sale.

Guest speakers on the night will include George Skelton of RDA Accountants Ltd and Catherine O’Connor of O’Connor Mullen Solicitors.

The event takes place at Wexford Chamber’s Offices on Hill Street, Wexford, and is free of charge and open to non-members. Registration takes place from 5.30 p.m. with tea, coffee and light refreshments and the seminar itself will run from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
