New Ross Standard

On with their training regimes

-

also walked Mount Leinster on Saturday with a friend for the first time which was much harder than I thought it would be!

The soreness in my muscles after it, led me to miss a day running which I then tried to make up for by overdoing training the other days which was a mistake as it put too much pressure on my joints. So I’m learning to listen more to my body and give it rest when its needed rather than doubling up training! This week was my best so far. I am finding I am getting a little bit fitter, can do so much more now than four weeks ago. I love all the different types of training Kevin and Sean are doing with us. Pilates was much harder but so enjoyable. And thanks to the physiotherapy for helping with our sore legs. Eating healthy but not losing a pound yet, ha!

Delighted with all the oppertunities we are getting being leaders.
