CAMROSS ICA

Our last meeting was held on Monday, January 4, in Camross Hall. Mary Kelly thanked the ladies for sowing the daffodils in the garden and the ladies who recently visited Knockeen Nursing Home to entertain the residents with a few songs and recitations. The winner of the best ‘6 chocolate chip cookies’ was Dympna Kelly.

We then had a visit from yoga and pilates instructor Julie, who runs a few classes in the TAG Center (Taghmon). She told us about the differences between the two classes and gave us a great demonstration of a few yoga and pilates moves. Kay Doyle and Margaret O’Gorman served some truly delicious tea and homemade scones.
