Winners of the cards in St Leonards hall last week were; Dave Walsh, Andy Reville and Mae Dunning. In second place were; Larry Larkin, Brendan Colfer and Alice Gaffney. Third place went to, Nick Doyle, Johnny Flynn and Seán Colfer. Last game draw winners were Kitty Roche, Margaret Cullen and Joan Kehoe. The raffle winners were Dave Walsh, Siobhán Doyle, Mae Dunning and Michael Murphy. The cards continue every Saturday night at 8.30 p.m.

LOTTO

There was no jackpot winner in the Tintern lotto draw last week. Six people matched three numbers and each received €70. They were; Mark Astley, Pauline Hayes, Ollie Whelan, Peg Murray, Jim Lacey and Ann B Eagan. The numbers drawn were 4, 7, 18 and 19. Next week’s jackpot is €6,050 and next week’s match-three winners will share €200. Tickets on sale in al local shops and pubs and from committee members.

ST LOUIS DAY CARE CENTRE

We, the board, management and staff say a very big thank you to each and everyone who contribute­d in any way to the running of the centre. The acknowledg­ement and support received from the people of the five parishes we cover are really appreciate­d by all of us. Your support is amazing and we could not do it without you. It all has contribute­d to the running of the Daycare Centre and its associated services. It is testament to the work, dedication and wonderful care given by all staff to our elderly citizens. Sincere and heartfelt thank you to all of you.

MONTHLY ROSARY

The Monthly Rosary will be recited at the Grotto in Grantstown, Wellington­bridge this Saturday, February 16, at two o’clock.

COFFEE MORNING

Senior citizens Concern CLG are holding a coffee morning on Tuesday, February 19, from 9 a.m. to midday in St Louis Day Care Centre. Proceeds in aid of the Day Care Centre.

HORTICULTU­RAL GROUP AGM

Ramsgrange Horticultu­ral Group will hold its AGM in the Strand Tavern, Duncannon on Wednesday, February 13, at midday New members are welcome.
