GRANTSTOWN NEWS

Grantstown Community Village is still doing what we do best, caring for our residents in our sheltered houses and the local community.

Providing fresh nutritional meals on wheels, laundry, essentials from our newly opened shop and prescription collection, for any people cocooning or in need of assistance.

Although we cannot bring our missed clients into the Day Care Centre at this time, Lesley and her diligent team of staff/volunteers are at the end of the phone each day checking on all clients in need of support, comfort and a warm friendly chat.

As this crisis unfolds Grantstown is as it has always been, here for all people who need assistance so please contact us at 051560770 if we can assist you in any way.

Please stay home and stay safe, and together we will come through this to better days.

A big thank you for the GAA in assisting us with delivering the meals on wheels and many other members of the community offering support to the most vulnerable in our community. All credit goes out to you. Stay safe.

GAA CLUB GROUNDS

Following the announcement by GAA headquarters we can confirm that the club grounds are fully closed for any activity including the walking track. Signs will be put on the gates today. Please adhere to this and spread the word.
