Ignite getting companies ready for the new normal
GOREY’S Ignite Training is now offering Covid-19 Compliance Officer training courses using Zoom technology at your own convenience to get Wexford businesses ready for the return to work in the ‘new normal’.
Daily courses will be running from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily and the team can also accommodate out-of-hours classes to aid you and your company get back-to-work ready to operate as efficiently as possible as restrictions start to lift.
Prior to training, the team will discuss your specific requirements and concerns for your business and can also assist in reviewing safety statements and risk assessments to include Covid-19 specific risk assessment.
Course content will focus on virus defensive control measures, health and safety legislation and documentation, management and adaptation of the site as well as information on personal and operational hygiene.
Garry Bradley of Ignite Training said that the courses will be tailored to meet the needs of everyone.
‘ This course is ideal for managers, health and safety officers, advisors and any employee given responsibilities to manage Covid-19 on site. The training is specifically designed to meet the procedures set out in the CIF, NSAI within government guidance.
‘ There is going to be a new normal when it comes to returning to work, and every employer has a duty of care to have the adequate number of Covid-19 compliance officers, considering the size of each workplace to ensure adequate supervision of operations at all times.
‘We can deliver additional training to contractors on site and we can run a private course for your team of compliance officers if you prefer and make to course bespoke to your industry requirements,’ he said.
The course costs €75 per person or there are special group rates, and you will be issued an invitation for the live online session once your booking is confirmed.
The Covid-19 resource pack following completion of the course will include induction documents, an employee questionnaire, sign-in documents, a Covid-19 toolbox talk and inspection document, as well as poster templates.
