Find your happy place with Stressveda

- WITH CLAIR WHITTY

ARE you frazzled trying to work from home or study for exams and feeling stressed? Studying for exams at any time can be stressful but I can’t imagine the stress some of you are experiencing this year. The space you normally study or work in is possibly noisier, more crowded, or maybe you don’t have a dedicated space. Concentration might be a little more difficult. Life is challenging for many of you at the moment.

Let’s assume that you’re sleeping fairly well and your diet is good, and you’re getting some exercise. And you’re ticking most of the boxes. Maybe you need top up on a supplement for extra support.

I spoke recently about a supplement called Stressveda. It contains a unique blend of Organic Ashwagandha Root plus plant-sourced

B Vitamins. These contribute to normal mental performance and normal function of the nervous system. Ashwagandha belongs to the nightshade family and is known as an adaptogenic herb - it may help the body to adapt to various emotional and physical stressors. It’s traditionally used as a tonic, for lack of energy, mental fatigue, and for those with excessive thinking. I think most of us are doing that these days.

Stressveda also contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and Folate. B vitamins can have a direct impact on your energy levels and cognitive function. B vitamins are found in a lot of foods. For example meat, seafood, chicken, eggs, dairy, legumes, and green leafy vegetables so you might be getting lots of them. But B vitamins are water soluble and this means that they are not stored in the body. Stress depletes levels of B vitamins so while you might be eating plenty it’s no harm at all to top up on a few extra B’s.

I think Stressveda is an excellent combination to help you feel less stressed. Customers have been telling me how good they’re finding it. They are amazed at how much happier they feel, calm in the face of chaos, and able to get more done in a day.

It would be a shame if stress or feeling frazzled held you back from getting the results that you’re aiming for in work or exams. Don’t give up. Why not give it a try and see if Stressveda can help you find your happy place.
