Kennedy College – from Education and Training to the Workplace

We have a long-standing tradition of providing high-quality Further Education and Training in the areas of Early Childhood Care and Education, Nursing Studies and Healthcare Services. With the increase in demand and a significant change in the landscape of these employment sectors, in particular, we have found that learners completing their Further Education and Training in Kennedy College are finding employment opportunities across all service areas.

Kennedy College also offers other relevant and modern courses such as Retail Practice and Office Administration which contains a Tourism element. This unique course enables learners to find employment in a range of sectors, including office administration, business and tourism.

Learners have utilised long-established links to various facilities and organisations over the years to secure work placement leading to major QQI level 5 and 6 awards, with many work placements leading to part-time and full-time employment.
