Ireland’s Fittest Family – Highs and Lows

It has been an exceptionally tough series for the families who agreed to take part in this year’s competition, and tonight both the clans and the coaches reflect on the ups and downs that they all faced.

This season saw 20 families – the most the show has ever featured – take part in a huge variety of gruelling challenges.

The participants open up about the toll that the experience has taken.

They also discuss how they found the competitive spirit strengthened their family bond and desire to win together.
