The new year tends to be an excuse for some of us to reconsider our diets, which is something that Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty are getting on board with, as they prepare the first-ever all-vegan menu the café has ever seen.

To help them out, they are joined by Romesh Ranganathan, who helps them dish up a delicious lasagne, minus the melting cheese and comfort fillings.

Elsewhere, Jimmy creates a cold press to help a 16-year-old DIY enthusiast find a solution to his fallen apple problem.
