Sparkling eye-shadow can elevate plain black from safe to celebratory. Shimmering pigment tends to be looser than matte powder so apply before eye concealer and base. Use a square of tissue underneath to catch loose powder as glitter can be hard to remove from skin. If your eyelids are on the crepey side, stay away from cream formulas, choosing shimmering powders over cream formulas which can crease. Wear alone as a wash of all over sparkle or pressed over your favourite shade.
