Kilkenny Design, home of Irish craft and design, has helped women succeed for over 50 years. They are calling on everyone in Ireland to celebrate the amazing women in their life during March, a month which marks female history and empowerment.

As part of the campaign, Kilkenny Design has set up an open letter platform on www.kilkennyshop.com which enables users to re-ignite the art of handwriting and pen a personalised open letter to ‘The women who made me, me’.

For every open letter downloaded from the site during the month of March, Kilkenny Design will donate €1 to Safe Ireland , a charity which aims to make Ireland a safer place for women and children.

Over two thirds of Kilkenny’s workforce is female and 80% of their executive team are women. Kilkenny Design’s mission is to elevate women inside and outside the business, helping female entrepreneurs, makers and creatives succeed and to provide support for all women in Ireland during this difficult time.
