Dromore West bingo night

Dromore West bingo night takes place tomorrow, Friday from 8.30pm until 10pm.

It takes place in the Dromore West Community Centre.

Community cafe in Cranmore

The Community Cafe is open every Wednesday from 10.30am-12.30pm in the Cranmore Community Co-Op Society, 10-12 Devins Drive, Cranmore.

All are welcome to come along for a cuppa and a chat.

Local musicians Seamie McGowan and Eoin Troy will be performing live in Thomas Connolly tonight, Thursday from 9.30pm.

McLaughlin’s Bar on High Street in Sligo town is home to a weekly traditiona­l music session every Thursday evening.

Music gets under way at 9.30pm each week.

Market in Rathcormac

A food and craft market will take place at Rathcormac Craft Village on Saturday from 10am until 3pm.

Indoor Market in Enniscrone

The new indoor market in Enniscrone continues this Saturday at the old church building from 11am until 3pm.

Trad session in Earley’s

A trad session takes place in Earley’s Bar every Friday night. The music gets unde way at 9.30pm.

Sligo Park Run in Cleveragh

Sligo Park Run takes place in Cleveragh every Saturday morning at 9.30am.

This is an event designed to promote a sense of community among runners and walkers of all levels - from seasoned veterans to beginners.

Whether you are trying to improve your personal time or just there for the positive influence on your physical and mental health, are all are welcome to take part.

First time runners must register via www.parkrun.ie/sligo/.

Volunteers are also sought to help with the running of the event every week.

Quiz night in Easkey

Easkey Social Group is hosting a quiz night in the Castle Inn tomorrow, Friday at 8pm.

€10 per person. Maximum four participan­ts per team.

Piatti quartet in Methodist Church

The Piatti Quartet will be performing at the Methodist Church in Wine Street tonight, Thursday as part of the current Con Brio season.

The performanc­e begins at 7.30pm.

WWI public lecture

A public lecture on Sligo’s north side soldiers of the first World War will take place in the Northside Centre on Monday, March 11 at 7.30pm. The lecture is being provided by Brian Scanlon. Admission is free.

Vinyl, cassette and CD market

The vinyl, cassette and CD market returns to Sligo this Saturday at the MCR Centre.

The event, held this time last year, proved to be a major success and organisers look forward to welcoming hundreds of music lovers again.

The fair runs from 11am until 4pm.

Con Brio concert tonight

The Piatti Quartet will perform at Sligo Methodist Church tonight, Wine Street tonight, Thursday at 8pm as part of the current Con Brio season.

Tickets are priced at €20 for adults and €10 for students.

The concert gets under way at 7.30pm.
