The person My husband, Alex, and my daughters, Amelie and Minnie, are always at the top of my leaderboard! Life wouldn’t be half as much fun without them. I have a great group of friends and family who I have such a great laugh with too, and I know they’re always there for me, and vice versa The memory My grandma gave me her diaries from when she was at school. She must have been about 12 or 13 years old, and it was during the war. It’s full of memorabilia from that time — cutouts from newspapers, cinema tickets, and so on, and it gave me a real insight into her life. I treasure her sharing those intimate memories with me The moment of the day It depends on the day. I love breakfast, and sitting down with the girls in the morning. We make it and sit at the girls’ table to have a breakfast picnic together! The song Don’t Stop Till You Get Enough, by Michael Jackson. It takes me back to my childhood and makes me want to get up and dance The movie Pretty Woman. It’s one of my first cinema experiences, and I could watch it over and over again The hero I don’t really have a hero. There are people who inspire me, but no real hero as such The book As a child, I loved James and the Giant Peach by Roald Dahl, and I’m looking forward to sharing that with the kids, and having an excuse to be able to read it all over again The outfit My wedding dress. I went out to Israel and helped design the dress with Mira Zwillinger, so I was very involved with the fabric, style and design. Seeing it come together, and then wearing it on the day, only added to the memories The accessory I love the gold discs that I wear on my necklace. They have the girls’ names on, and Alex bought them for me. They are really special The gadget My iPhone The pet hate Bitchiness, and people who are narrowminded. I try to teach the children to be kind, and to explain that everyone is different, and to try and embrace those differences and understand them The part of the body My shoulders — which is handy right now, with the trend for off-theshoulder tops! The drink You can’t beat a good cup of tea. On a night out, a lychee martini is my go-to drink The virtue I like to see the good in people and expect that people come from a good place, but as we handle things in different ways, that can cause conflict. I think I have quite a positive outlook on life The friend My best friend is Nicky — we’ve been friends since school, and we laugh all the time. She has the best sense of humour. She’s so kind, and nothing is too much trouble. I can go to her with anything and she’ll give me an honest answer and perspective The beauty product I’m really fortunate to have picked up lots of tips along the way, through work. I love all my Elemis skincare products. The Elemis Pro-Radiance Cream Cleanser is really moisturising, and takes your make-up off easily. It makes your skin feel really clean The holiday I went to Puglia in Italy with Alex and he proposed to me — the food, the area, the romance of it all . . . The piece of advice My mum offers me great advice all the time — she’s made me who I am, and I’m grateful to her for that The hotel Claridge’s is my favourite hotel. It’s very old-school and very beautiful. We had our wedding there, so it’s extra special to me The bar The bar at The London Edition Hotel is lovely. It’s busy and good for peoplewatching, and it has good cocktails The hobby Dancing. I don’t get to do it as much as I’d like to, but when I do, I absolutely love it — it’s great for you physically, and great for the soul The celebrity My favourite Irish celebrity has to be Una Healy — she’s a great girl, and we have a lot in common. It’s been lovely getting to know her — she’s been my Irish wingwoman The vice I’m a worrier. I think a lot about things The smell I love Narciso Rodriguez perfume. I’ve worn it for over 10 years. I smelt it on someone and I was hooked. Each person that wears it smells a bit different, and I just love it The taste Sushi. I love that it’s healthy but indulgent at the same time
