The person My grandmother The memory Making porridge with my dad when I was really young The moment of the day Early morning, when the world is starting to wake up and everything is quiet The song Simply Red, Stars. This really reminds me of my childhood. My mum and dad had it playing on repeat the year it was released, and every time I hear it now — which isn’t that often — it brings me right back to that moment The movie White Christmas; and anything with Clark Gable in it. He was my first crush, too! Dear god, that image of him at the bottom of the stairs in Gone With the Wind, when Scarlett comes down, is just wow! The hero Meryl Streep. She’s incredibly talented and never takes herself too seriously The book The Time Traveler’s Wife .Icried... a lot! Like many books, I don’t think the film adaptation did it justice The outfit T-shirt, jeans, and Converse. I’m a disaster in heels, which caused havoc in my modelling days! The accessory A good pair of sunnies. Ray-Bans are my go-to The gadget My phone. It’s always glued to my hand. I once lived three weeks without it, and it was tough! I missed chatting to my family and my loved ones too much The pet hate Liars. When will they learn that they will always be found out in the end? The friend I have a few precious ones. I’m lucky The beauty product Strobe Cream by Mac. I rarely wear make-up when I’m not working, but this is a little pick-me-up to brighten up my skin, even on no-make-up days. I also use it on my collarbones and legs when I’m going to be on camera. Charlotte Tilbury’s Supermodel Body is a great alternative The holiday A tropical island with white-sand beaches. With everyone I love! The piece of advice Love fiercely, and live your life so you don’t have regrets The virtue Honesty The drink An espresso martini. It’s incredibly hard to find in Japan, where I’m living at the moment The hotel The Dorchester, London. The comfiest beds on planet Earth The bar Xico, Baggot Street. I have never gone in and not had a great night, courtesy of Jack and the team The part of my body My hair. I especially like it after I’ve had a blow-dry, or even the next day, for a bed-head look. I swear by my Great Lengths hair extensions, which give my hair amazing volume The hobby Ballet Barre classes at Platinum Pilates. It works the tiny muscles I didn’t even know existed The celebrity Pia Miller, an actress in Home & Away who has great style The taste Sweet-potato fries. I’d eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are also nearly impossible to find in Japan. And when I did find them, they were a very different colour! The smell Creed aftershave The vice Swearing constantly. Fuck it . . . I think it’s an Irish thing? Follow Nadia’s adventures on Snapchat and Instagram @nadiaforde and Twitter @NadiaForde
