TRIONA’S TRENDS

-

There are some days, I wonder who the hell I am anymore. My transition from Party McCarthy to, eh, Mother Triona was a swift one, once Will came along. I don’t think any man I met before Will minded me. I suppose. I’m the eldest girl in my family so I’ve always minded everyone else. Well, let me do the same for your skin and hair with these new hair and skincare launches!

You need to know about Armani Prima, Giorgio Armani Beauty’s first complete skincare line that not only enhances make-up and its staying power, it also claims to improve skin quality.

There’s a serum, €45, which you pop on first, followed by the Glow-On Moisturizing Balm, €85, which maximises hydration, thus enhancing skin. Next, I use the Day-Long Skin Perfector, €75, on my T-zone, as it absorbs sebum and repels sweat, leaving my skin smooth and matt. The Eye & Lip Contour Perfector, €55, reduces dark circles and finally the Make-Up Fix, below left, €45, is perfect for popping in your bag for freshening up.

On to to haircare now, Ouai (pronounced ‘way’ btw) is the brand everyone’s going crazy for since it landed in Space NK.

Brought to us by Jen Atkin, one of the world’s most influential hair stylists, the range includes all the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, finishing cream, matt pomade, texture mist, wave spray, and supplements.

I’m totally lovin’ the texturising hairspray, right, €28.50.
