Wicklow restaurant leasehold for sale

-

COLLIERS International has brought the leasehold interest in the Romany Stone cafe, bar and restaurant in Ashford, Co Wicklow to the market.

The Romany Stone is a successful restaurant operating within the village, in a prominent roadside location by the Weir, just a short distance of the N11 and a 30-minute drive from Dublin.

Opened in 2007, the restaurant, which trades from the former premises of the landmark Ashford House, has 130 covers across a number of attractive trade areas which have been designed to an exceptionally-high standard.

The premises consist of a comfortable reception area, a bar with ample seating, an impressive open plan area with its own large fireplace, a private mezzanine dining area and an outside patio area. The property has ample parking for customers.

The leasehold interest is for sale through Mandy Daly of Colliers International.

The property is held under a 15-year lease from October 2014 at a rent of €67,000, with five-yearly reviews. Price is on application.

The restaurant’s contents and a full seven-day licence are to be included in the sale.

“Romany Stone is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a profitable and successful business.

“It has an enviable reputation for providing excellent quality food in a beautiful part of Wicklow,” Daly said.
