Rosanna and Wes hold on with a diet of curry

-

Can someone please solve this mystery for me. Don’t all answer at once now. How does Rosanna — or, for that matter, her husband — keep her figure if she and Wes appear to be eating every other enchanted evening in uber-Indian Rasam in Glasthule?

They were there last weekend, popping in on the Saturday night for a trendy feed.

Wearing a peachy pink-coloured coat, the former Miss World had a Champagne snipe to begin with (she and Wes then shared a bottle of Malbec) before starting her food with Gobhi (cauliflower) and trio of chicken for her husband.

Rosanna then had her usual vegetarian Thai for her main course with Wes going for a Murgh Makhani (Chicken Tikka).

As to the aforesaid riddle of how they keep their trim bods beautiful, perhaps the answer is either that they had no desserts or coffees, or by the fact — as revealed by my Deep Throats in Glasthule — that Rosanna and Wes held hands for what seemed like ages after they finished their main courses.

So there’s the secret perhaps: the energy of holding hands.

Meanwhile, gardener to the stars Diarmuid Gavin was on the Silk Road in China last weekend watching families fly kites. The dashing Dubliner is in China for two weeks designing parks for the regional governments. And why not?

Another Dub who has done well artistically all over the world, the avantgarde artist Guggi, was closer to home. He was in London last week for business meetings about his next exhibition.

And before I forget, Giorgio Casari and his wife Noreen are off to New York for a break. And (again) why not?

How do I know this? I met the former darling of the Unicorn walking his dog and done up to the nines (that’s Giorgio not the dog, although the dog was smart too) last Sunday morning in Marlay Park.
