This year, the festival celebrates ‘Flavours of the World’ and, to reflect the theme, there will be a strong international dimension, with all chefs and restaurants incorporating a foreign cuisine element into their menus.

As always, all dishes will be of the very highest quality and you will see a vast array of restaurants, producers, bars and exhibitors providing the best sights, smells, sounds, tastes and culinary experiences on offer in Ireland.

The restaurants participating this year include: Ely, Suesey Street, Deanes Eipic, Greenes Restaurant, Klaw, Pickle, San Lorenzo’s, Jaipur, Saba, China Sichuan, The Port House, The Wild Goose Grill and many more.

There are over 30 leading chefs providing exclusive live demonstrations and cooking of the highest calibre, including Clodagh McKenna, Darina Allen, Danni Barry, Edward Hayden, Kevin Dundon and Neven Maguire.

Visiting from the UK will be Irish chefs Anna Haugh and Patrick Powell, JeanChristophe Novelli, Gill Meller of River Cottage and the Masterchef Ireland judges Daniel Clifford and Robin Gill.
