Together with products and wines highlighti­ng the island of Lanzarote, this promises to bring a truly Spanish flavour to Taste of Dublin. Taste of Thailand Transport yourself to Thailand right in the heart of the Iveagh Gardens. Experience a mix of Thailand’s colourful culture and unmatched cuisine, brought to you by the award-winning Saba restaurant. Alongside tantalisin­g dishes, enjoy signature cocktails inspired by the flavours of Thailand. Rioja Tapas Fantastica­s on Tour This year will see the return of the wines from Rioja’s popular tapas bar. Taste a delicious selection of reds, whites and rosés from Spain’s flagship wine region, alongside some authentic tapas from jamon specialist­s Bar Tozino. Wine specialist Kevin Ecock will also be on hand to host some fun and informal masterclas­ses for you and your friends. Beaujolais Wine Taste a range of white, red and rosé from the region and attend free masterclas­ses. Whether you prefer the fresh and fruity whites and/or fuller-bodied and more serious reds from the Crus, they can guarantee there will be a Beaujolais for you! Beats and Bites brought to you by Chill Insurance What good is a festival without the right sounds? The awesome line-up of live music at Taste is sure to get everyone in a party mood. The roster of rock, pop, classics and crooners will hit the perfect note; prepare to party the weekend away. Look out for 80s tribute band Spring Break and 90s legends Smash Hits.
