Roe & Co Irish Whiskey Bar New to Taste this year is Roe & Co Irish Whiskey. Inspired by the worldfamou­s whiskey maker George Roe, whose distillery once extended over 17 acres of Dublin, Roe & Co is a premium blended Irish Whiskey that’s luxuriousl­y smooth with a subtle fruitiness. Aged in first-fill bourbon casks, its mellow creaminess and remarkable depth are sure to excite and inspire Taste visitors this year. The Natural Bakery The Natural bakery will bring their passion for bread and a love for handmade baked goods to Taste this year. Their dedicated team of bakers and

confection­ers will be at the Iveagh Gardens, where visitors will see their pop-up Natural Bakery in full swing. Drop by and watch them knead, mix and bake delicious and fresh treats for you to enjoy! The Exchequer Bar Be sure to stop by the Exchequer where the team will be showcasing what they do best — serving up a selection of their finest cocktails and beers accompanie­d by both hot and cold food, highlighti­ng the reason why The Exchequer has received an array of awards including ‘Best Gastropub’ in Ireland, ‘Best Cocktail Experience’ and was featured in Bridgeston­e’s 100 Best Restaurant­s. Infusion By Barry’s Tea Barry’s Tea, Ireland’s much-loved tea brand is back for its third year at Taste of Dublin — this time, with a brand-new way to enjoy its quality teas. For the first time ever, Infusion, by Barry’s Tea, will serve a range of exclusive cocktails. Savour a refreshing twist on the classic Gold Blend, a delicious The Hopping Juniper The Hopping Juniper opens for the first time this year at Taste!
