Smoked mackerel pate

Serves 6 You will need: • 100g smoked mackerel, about 1 fillet • 75g cream cheese • 75g creme fraiche • Juice of ½ lemon • Salt and freshly ground black pepper • Crostini, to serve 1 In a food processor, whizz up the smoked mackerel, then add the cream cheese and the creme fraiche and whizz again. 2 Empty this mixture into a bowl and fold in the lemon juice, and some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. 3 Serve by spreading a spoonful or so on to crostini.
