An Honest Lifestyle

When Jessica Alba founded the Honest Company in 2011, which features non-toxic and ethical household products, she became my hero. She followed that up in 2013 by publishing a book on healthy living called The Honest Life. She practices what she preaches, fuelling up on fresh food as well as plenty of hot-yoga sessions and spin classes.
