Perfect Pitstop: Bowes & Co

Just off the M8, facing John Magnier’s Cashel Palace Hotel — which is undergoing a mega restoration — mother-and-daughter team Mary and Triona Bowes, both pictured left, have just opened the super new Bowes & Co cafe in the former Cantwell’s Bar. Think eggs Benedict, shepherd’s pie and quiches, not to mention delicious cakes.
