CLANCY QUAY, ISLANDBRIDGE, DUBLIN 8

-

PHASE 2 of the large restoration and new build project at Clancy Quay launched this week with 163 units ready to hit the rental-starved market. The latest phase adds to the 423 existing units at the historic Clancy Barracks site on the banks of the Liffey developed by global giant Kennedy Wilson and comprises one-, two-and three-bed apartments and one-, two- and three-bed houses, some converted from former army barracks and stables. Monthly rents range from €1,750 for one-bed apartments to €2,650-€3,000 for three-bed houses. There are clever design touches such as retained oak beams and carriage archways in the stable conversions, while storage areas have been prioritised. The scheme also offers an unusual level of amenities including a playground, games room, gym, cinema room, catering kitchen and large communal lounge area. There is underground parking, a concierge service and good transport access to the M50, Luas and Heuston Station. On view: By appointment Contact: Kennedywilsonresidential.ie/contact/
