Freshly Chopped expands

÷ DUBLIN-FOUNDED health food company Freshly Chopped has announced that it has signed a six-figure deal to launch the firm in Cyprus as it begins its expansion across Europe.

Two new stores will be opened in the initial phase of the Cypriot rollout. Freshly Chopped, which first opened in 2012, is expanding through a franchise agreement signed with Karen Polyviou. The outlets will take on board local culinary tastes and will adjust the menu to include locally sourced ingredients. The new outlets in Cyprus will join the 30 existing outlets across Ireland.
