€1.95m Ashbourne residential portfolio will attract developers
AGENTS REA Grimes are quoting a guide price of €1.95m for a residential portfolio of 11 existing dwellings at various stages of completion in addition to 13 development sites with lapsed planning permission at the Ashewood estate in Ashbourne, Co Meath.
Developed originally between 2004 to 2007, the completed development comprises approximately 248 residential units in total having been constructed in two phases.

Ashewood is located within walking distance of Ashbourne Town Centre in an established and mature residential area just off Hunters Lane and close to other residential developments such as Archerstown Wood and Brookville.
Ashbourne itself is a well-established satellite town of Dublin, and is 24km north of Dublin City Centre, 21km from Dublin Airport and 18km from junction 5 of the M50.
According to Census 2016, the town’s population stands at 12,679 people. There are five primary schools and two secondary schools serving the town, while the Ashbourne Town Centre shopping centre and the town’s High Street cater for the population’s retail and leisure requirements.
