Banana-peel tea for sleep

Banana peel is incredibly rich in tryptophan — an amino acid that helps with sleep. The best way to use it is to make banana-peel tea. Chop the ends off a banana and discard them. Halve the fruit lengthways with the skin still on. Cover the banana halves in boiling water and bring the water back to the boil. Simmer for five minutes. Pour the liquid into a cup and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Then, hopefully, you’ll sleep soundly!
