A beautiful pod worth a visit I recently tried hot-pod yoga, which is brand new to Ireland. As soon as you step into the pod, pictured below, it’s an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Once inside, we were zipped in and ready to flow. It was airy, calming and comfortable, and throughout the class there were beautiful essential oils being diffused, which helped to calm both my body and mind. See hotpodyoga. com/ie
