Health & Wellness I recently read Philly McMahon’s memoir,

The Choice, left, and was deeply touched by it. What spoke so clearly to me was a need for connection and belonging as a human being. His focus on football gave him another avenue, helping him avoid the fate of his beloved late brother who was addicted to drugs.
