Skinny sambos
No matter how much I try to ditch the carbs, I do love a sambo at lunchtime, preferably one that’s laden with tuna and egg mayo. I know, I know — but I tell myself that olive oil is good for my skin, and tuna has all the essential amino acids! Thankfully, my sambo life has been revolutionised with the discovery of the gluten-free M&S Super-Seeded Sandwich Thins, right, which are sold in packs of four, and only have 134 calories per Thin. Topped with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and linseed, they are, as you might guess, wafer thin, and deliciously crispy when popped in a toaster for a minute or so, and then loaded with your favourite filling!
