The first phase has since sold out, and yesterday a second phase of 20 threeand four-bedroom A-rated units launched, brought to the market by joint agents Hooke & MacDonald and REA T&J Gavigan.

CAMDEN at Ballymore Homes’ existing Royal Canal Park, launches this weekend, with show houses on view today. The latest phase of this development in Dublin 15 will include 71 three- and four-bedroom A-rated homes on the banks of the Royal Canal.
