Continuing on the fishy theme, I thought I’d write about smoked mackerel. We are really lucky to have some fabulous local smokers here in Co Cork, but there’s a great array to choose from nationwide also. Check out the Atlantic Treasures smoked mackerel in supermarkets and food shops; my favourite is the delicious maple smoked mackerel.
