Triona’s top trends

I love quickies. Always have. Always Will! Hee hee! Geddit? Seriously, though, we all need fast beauty heroes in our lives. I’m talking about the products that save us time and money. Things that will multi-task as much as I do, and be so brilliant I can’t imagine life before them. Yes, kinda like Will, my better half, I suppose. #eyeroll Anyhoo, here are a few products that have made it into my life, and are staying there.

Charlotte Tilbury’s Instant Look in a Palette, above, €69, contains all you need to do your face in five minutes flat. I always have it with me when I travel, as I can sculpt with the bronzing shade, perk up with the pink blush shade, and also create the ultimate classic smoky eye. I even use the darker shadow as a brow powder and eyeliner. Tom Ford’s new Shade and Illuminate Glow Stick in Sunstruck, below, €50, is another multi-purpose must-have for the versatility, portability and ease of application. This dual-ended product twists up to reveal a cream blush on one end and a cream highlighter on the other.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios Pocket SPF50+, €11, is a mini-bottle, small enough to slip in your pocket or purse wherever you go. Each pocket-sized protection power-pack offers a full week’s worth of facial protection. Finally, Redken One United All-In-One, €14.95, covers everything from colour protection and heat protection to anti-frizz, and even acts as a detangling agent for my daughter Mini’s crazy hair.
