Beats and Bites brought to you by Chill Insurance This year’s line-up of rock, pop, classics and crooners will hit the perfect note; and provide a bopping backdrop to your culinary experience­s. Look out for 80s tribute band Spring Break and 90s legends Smash Hits. Experience an eclectic mix of smooth sounds from the Sony Xperia stage in the Taste restaurant hub.

Applegreen, the Official Coffee Partner at Taste of Dublin 2018 cheerfully admit to being obsessed with coffee. Visit their feature stand to meet their in-house coffee specialist­s and baristas, showcasing the Best Coffee on the Road. They have teamed up with Michelin-starred Chapter One’s Pastry Chef, Darren Hogarty who will be offering masterclas­ses. Visit the feature to join them in workshops, tastings, competitio­ns and more! Ketel One Vodka The Ketel One Kitchen will bring a taste of its Dutch heritage to this year’s festival by serving up classic and quirky Bloody Marys and hosting immersive masterclas­ses by day, while transformi­ng into a Kitchen Disco and shaking Espresso Martinis by night. Tanqueray No. TEN Gin Visitors to the Tanqueray No. TEN Terrace will be invited to the Grapefruit Garden to sip on Tanqueray No. TEN cocktails amongst friends. To add to the flavoursom­e experience, a Tiny Ten copper pot still filled with fresh citrus fruit and chilled down to create an ice-cold mist, will be on tap for visitors to pour citrus ice mist onto their cocktails. Destinatio­ns Spain & The Port House Visit the Port House and the Spanish Tourism Office feature to be transporte­d to the tapas bar and tavernas of Spain, offering an authentic experience with the finest Spanish food and wine. Together with products and wines highlighti­ng the region of Galicia, this promises to bring a truly Spanish flavour to Taste of Dublin. Asia Market Even bigger and better, Asia Market will be sampling delicious bites from all around Asia; from Japan to Singapore to Hong Kong. They will also be selling classic Asian Street Food; offering delicious portions of dumplings and beer.
