I used to live in LA, and I definitely miss many things about that city.

Especially my friends! If I was visiting for the weekend, I’d make sure to stay at either the Chateau Marmont or the Sunset Tower Hotel.

On Friday night, I’d have a nice dinner at Katana,

a Japanese restaurant on Sunset, and then I’d go out for drinks at Laurel Hardware. Then, I’d maybe drive up the Hollywood Hills and enjoy the gorgeous view.

On Saturday, I would definitely go hike Runyon Canyon.

I miss this so much; it used to be part of my daily routine. Then I’d have a fresh green juice at Moon Juice, before doing some shopping on Melrose.

I’d round off the day by driving out to El Matador Beach,

my favourite beach, and I’d have a cocktail at the Shangri-La Hotel while enjoying the sunset.

Saturday night would most definitely be a night out on the town.

First, dinner at The Nice Guy, then drinks at The Roosevelt hotel or SkyBar at the Mondrian, and then I’d see where the night leads!

On a Sunday, I would probably start out with a kundalini yoga class

or at my old gym, Prevail Boxing.

Then I’d head to

the Farmers Market and The Grove. I used to live next door. You can get the freshest fruit and vegetables, and there is always something exciting going on at The Grove, like concerts, outdoor movies, and events.
