Self-care corner: Choose a mentor

It’s always good to have a mentor no matter what you do or where you are in life. Some of the brightest minds of our time have mentors. A good mentor can be a valuable source of wisdom and experience. Pick someone you respect and ask them to mentor you. I have found that people are usually really pleased to pass along advice or act as a sounding board for ideas.
