Plant your seed of transformation

-

The seed of transformation is in us all. But we need to plant and nurture the seed in order for it to grow, because it won’t grow alone. We have a choice every day: moan about where we are in life and be a victim, or take steps to make a difference and take personal responsibility. It’s all too easy to blame others in today’s world. It’s also easy to point a finger and judge others for where they are, but when you do, take a look how many fingers are pointing back at you! You also need to be careful where you plant your seed, because if it’s in a dark corner with no light or insufficient water, it won’t grow into a healthy plant (ie a healthy you). There are so many factors that contribute to good health, and considering your environment is one of them, plant yourself in a good place for light, hope, water, nourishment and kind words, where your roots can grow and build a strong foundation for you. In other words, surround and equip yourself with what you need to be successful. Then, when you emerge, you will be strong and resilient because of the work you have put in. It’s the work that is done when no one is looking that will carry you through even your darkest day.
