Seville oranges

-

It’s Seville orange season at the moment, so if you don’t fancy making marmalade, then pick up a bottle of West Indian Orange Bitters, pictured above — you can add a few drops into your cocktails. It’s made from the peels of Seville oranges, cardamom, caraway, coriander and caramel in an alcohol base. Available at O’Brien’s Wine shops, at approximately €12.60 for a 15ml bottle.
