I have no doubt that being happy in ourselves makes us kinder to each other, so this week I’m here to remind us all of the importance of self-care — getting those feel-good hormones pumping, and promoting positive vibes. That’s why I love products that raise the spirits by utilising natural ingredients that are kind to us, as well as the planet.

This week, I’ve found three perfect products for when we need a little lift. I love wiping away a busy day with a good cleanser. Nunaia has just launched a Superfood Cleansing Balm, above, €59, and Facial
