THIS week I found some hot summer deals with TUI and Sunway...

HERE COMES THE SUN

■ ARE you still in the market for a summer holiday? TUI has a series of deals to various locations so you can escape your humdrum life here and unwind on sun-soaked beaches.

If you are in need of a lazy beach escape or adventure-filled getaway, there are options to suit everyone. Whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple, or with the whole family in tow, TUI offers a wide range of stays and excursions to ensure that every moment is filled with laughter and unforgettable memories.

They have some May deals to Crete (self-catering seven nights leaving on May 21 for €459pps) and Kos (B&B, seven nights leaving on May 22 for €449pps) but my pick of the lot is actually a June deal to the stunning 3-star Hotel Karbel in Dalaman in Turkey. It is an all-inclusive holiday and is currently on offer for €689pps if you fly out on June 8.

Yes it is a bit pricier than the other deals above but this is June weather plus it is all-inclusive.

AMA’S ON RIVER

■ SUNWAY has some great offers on solo travel to allow you to enjoy cruises and sun holidays. And they don’t come with single supplements either!

My favourite is their Paris & Normandy 7-night cruise which takes in stops at Les Andelys, Le Havre, Caudebec-en-Caux, Rouen and Vernon, offering a range of excursions from bus tours to walking tours, bike tours and hikes.
