The club lotto for 2016 commences on Friday June 24th, lotto promotion is now under way and the Lotto Committee would like to thank you for your continued support. It will run for 25 weeks at €2 per week.

Due to the decrease in lotto collectors we are introducin­g a new way to pay. A committee member will be calling to each house with a standing order form which will enable you to have payments made directly from your bank. In a new store competitio­n, starting on Thursday 26th May and running until Sunday, 10th July, Lidl customers are invited to nominate their local Ladies Gaelic Football Club to win cash prizes. Using the nomination card, offered at the till with every purchase (two cards given for over €20 spent) customers can vote for their local club from the list of clubs on the in-store competitio­n unit. €1,000 is available to be won in each store.

Our juvenile fixtures this week start on Wednesday night when the U14 boys play Kilkerly/Naomh Malachi in Beaulieu at 7.30, while on Friday the U12 boys face the Martins away at 7pm.

The Paddy Sheelan Cup returns on Tuesday 7th June at quarter-final stage when St Fechins go to Dundalk Gaels on Tuesday night at 8pm.

The Junior Footballer­s are in action again this week. They face Hunterstow­n Rovers in Round 7 of the Division 5 League in Beaulieu on Friday night at 8pm.
