Fr Paddy Rushe who is assisting in the Parish for the summer will be available in the Parish Office (Fr McGinnity’s House) from 10.00 to 11.00am on Mondays, and from 7.30pm to 8.30pm on Wednesdays for drop- in appointmen­ts, certificat­es, marriage papers etc.

Fr Gerry Campbell, PP OF Kilkerley and the VF (Vicar Forane) for Our Lady Queen of Peace Pastoral Area, will be acting as Administra­tor, looking after the material and other aspects of the Parish during this period, Fr Paddy who extends thanks for the welcome and kindness he has been shown since the retirement of Fr Gerard McGinnity, is looking forward to working together with Fr Gerry Campbell and the people of Knockbridg­e.

DRAMA, ARTS AND CRAFTS

HURLING CLUB

The seniors lost 3-15 to 4-11 to Pearse Og in the special hurling league. They play St Fechins this Thursday evening at 8.00pm in Knockbridg­e and the following Thursday are away to Naomh Moninne at 8.00pm. Juvenile hurling training continues each Friday evening in St Bride’s pitch at 5.30pm.

IRISH DANCING

QUADS SUMMER CAMP 2016

Irish Country Quads, Inniskeen is now taking bookings for Summer Camp 2016, commencing Monday, June 27, 2016. The camp will run from Monday to Friday 9.30am until 1.30pm and cost is €115 per child per week. Family discount available. Summer camp activities are for children from 6 years old upwards.
