A very unique opportunity for you or your child to get involved and have a memory to share with your friends is to have your own fairy and name inserted onto The Fairy Wall at Stephenstown Pond adjacent to the Faerie Village so that the fairies will know your name and remember you.

For further information or to complete the required application form for this novel opportunity please phone Stephenstown Pond at 042-9379019 (during office hours). The cost of your own fairy name is only €5 per annum or just for the one year. A lovely birthday gift or family memory while you are also helping the Stephenstown Pond Project team fundraise for the future development of the children’s playground at the Pond.

Or if there is any local business out there who would like to sponsor a piece of playground equipment the project team would be delighted to hear from you and put your company up there with the fairies where the children will know you helped. Stephenstown Pond are a company limited by guarantee with annual audited accounts (up to date) and are available for inspection at Company Registered Offices (CRO). The project is supported by DSP Community Employment Programme and POBAL CSP.

The new Faerie Wall will be where you might find a fairy lurking around hoping to meet the children when they visit the new Faerie Village. Watch out for the next “Mad Hatters Tea Party”.
