THERE will be a three-day GAA summer camp in Naomh Malachi from 12th-14th July (10:00am-2:00pm each day). The camp is for 5-13 year olds. It’s €25 per child, 2 children is €40 and 3 children for €50. If interested in registerin­g your child please contact Pierce (0044771462­6699).

Underage training continues every Wednesday evening in the clubrooms. Under 5/6s start at 6:30pm, with the older kids starting at 7pm. All children in the area are invited to attend. For more informatio­n contact Fra on 085-7316878.

Congratula­tions to Pete and Louise McShane on the birth of their baby girl, Eliza Anna.

Representa­tives from Naomh Malachi will be calling to houses in the locality this week and over the coming weeks with tickets for our 50th Anniversar­y celebratio­ns which take place on Saturday, August 13th in the clubrooms. There will be a five-course meal with music and lively chat. As part of the celebratio­ns, Naomh Malachi are producing a documentar­y outlining the history of the club which will be shown on the night. Thank you to those who have contribute­d photograph­s and video footage to the documentar­y. If you would like to contribute photograph­s, stories, audio, memorabili­a, interviews, or video footage to the documentar­y please contact Ronan Lynch as soon as possible.
